I VALUE YOUR TIME. My time is so precious too. I am here to help you treat your physical pain quickly & safely through acupuncture, exercise & manual therapy. Once your pain is under control, I will teach you self-treatment techniques to save you time and money for an in-person appointment. I can help you manage your pain through education, engaging & teaching you how to release your own 'trigger point' (a painful spot in the muscle), know how to manage your pain with relative rest (i.e load management), learn to do graduated simple & practical exercise program to strengthen your muscles and know how to use the power of aggregation of marginal gains to manage chronic pain with the aim of 1% margin of improvement in everything you do.
