Error Monitoring and Session Replay
We use Sentry to investigate errors, measure performance, and understand how people use doktor.ph. During our launch, monitoring is configured to collect all errors, performance traces, and browser sessions. This can include error messages, request details, device and browser information, IP addresses, navigation and interaction history, and your account ID, email address, and username when you are signed in.
Session replay reconstructs activity on our pages, including visible text, images, clicks, and ordinary form values. This can include health-related inquiries and patient information displayed or entered in doctor dashboards. Password fields remain masked, and Sentry's default password and payment data filters remain enabled. Monitoring data is processed by Sentry in the United States to help us diagnose problems and improve the service.
Under our current Sentry plan, error events and session replays are retained for 90 days; performance traces and diagnostic logs are retained for 30 days. Sentry's data retention documentation describes these periods. You can contact privacy@doktor.ph about monitoring data associated with your account.
Bot Protection
Our contact and enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile collects limited technical information about your browser and device to make that assessment. It does not use this information for advertising or tracking across sites. Use of Turnstile is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, including the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
