I am Dr. Miguel Nicolai T. Victorino, a neuro and spine surgeon dedicated to helping patients overcome conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system. I completed my neurosurgery residency at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center in Cebu, where I was trained to manage both routine and complex neurological and spinal cases.
