Palliative care provision with the coordination of resident physicians training in the Department of Family and Community Medicine of Iloilo Mission Hospital. Includes pain and symptom management and family meeting/counseling. Serves patients with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer with metastasis, end-stage heart failure. end-stage chronic kidney disease, end-stage liver disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stroke, progressive neurologic diseases, dementia, debility/failure to thrive.
